They were upset I didn't want to go under the dryer so as they made me wait from 9:45am to 1:30pm to get my hair blow dried then they burned my scalp... I wasn't going to post anything but I'm still scratching out scabs from what they did
Love this hair salon! Reminds me so much of New York! The ladies are great. People who give bad reviews are just jerks because there is nothing wrong with this place or people!
This salon sucks!!!! I’ve been here twice and both horrible experiences. I went back because I wanted to give them a fair chance but today it was noticeably the staff and long wait when it was only 4 customers and 2 was in the chair. I had already washed my hair and I believe they had a problem with that. I will NEVER go back again and I do NOT recommend this place
I walked in, did not had to make an appointment. The process (wash, cut and get hair done) went about 2 hrs, but I loved the way my hair looks. Maybe I could suggest that they talk to you first about their services and prices before, just so you know in case you want to change thoughts of what you were doing. Overall, service was great! Thank you... I'll be going back soon!
The staff are very friendly but I was not statisfied with my hair results. I came to dye my hair a certain color which was a dark blue color and when she showed me the hair color chart, it was showing on the chart but when my hair was done, it came out fully black showing no color at all. I thought it would at least show in the sun but nothing was shown at all.
