I went here with my mother in law on Saturday 2/18 for a pedicure and gel manicure. I asked if they had corresponding colors for gel and regular polish, as I do not get gel on my feet. They said yes and gave me the color swatches. I picked my color and they began my pedicure.
Never again..... If I could rate lower I would..... STAY FAR AWAY

I have not had my eyebrows cleaned in a while and they lady that just did them today, 2/22/16 KILLED me. I told her I was here for cleaning and what did she so she made them THIN. WAY THIN AND THEY ARE UN EVEN. DO YOU NOT LISTEN TO YOUR CUSTOMER'S... YOU ARE HORRIBLE.....LEARN TO LISTEN AND NOT DO WHAT YOU WANT.....

Moving onto the actual manicure... they ground my nail VERY thin with their dremmel type tool. They are so thin they are actually bending; I'm afraid one will snap off any minute...and I'm surprised it hasn't happened yet to be completely honest. The manicure was done poorly, my nails were't the same length (or thickness thanks to their handy tool) and the gel polish was put on so thinly that you can basically see through my nail. The polish was also applied messily and uneven on the nails themselves.
Kathy is great she listens to what I want and can cut a Bob style without hesitating my color looks great. She just did my daughters hair and eyebrows and she looks absolutely beautiful. Thank you Kathy. Their prices are also outstanding.
I am a very respectful customer and I do not cause scenes or make big deals out of things. Especially being there with my MIL, I didn't want to embarrass her; as this is her regular spot. It is now 2/23 (FIVE DAYS LATER) and my nails are chipping and peeling (and have been for about 2 days now- that's three days after the initial manicure!) I am going to have to go and have my nails redone already- at a different salon. I normally go to a salon in South Tampa called Heavenly Nails and I will never stray from them again after this experience.
Not only did the pedicure take an abnormal amount of time, but once I sat down to get my nails done they advised that the color I had chosen was not available in gel. That was extremely irritating that they didn't tell me this BEFORE I already had my toes done. I didn't want to make a big deal out of it, seeing as I was with my mother in law, so I asked to see the swatches again. They didn't even have another color CLOSE to the one I had on my toes, so I had to settle for something I really didn't want.
It is absolutely ridiculous that after spending $50 at this establishment that I will now have to go spend money less than a week later. I have a corporate office job and am not hard on my hands whatsoever. My gel manicures normally last me THREE WEEKS. I am not the type of person to post nasty reviews but I want to stop someone else who is actually used to having nice nails from making the mistake of wasting your money here.
