Very thorough and compassionate people! Found out some very difficult news and was treated with respect and compassion, and I was comfortable to ask difficult questions. While I agree with some reviews to make sure you are looking at the prices, I was given a full break down of everything and explained each item before going forward with anything. After explaining how limited we were on money, I was not made to feel bad about it and was given different options to help my fur baby.
Thanks to Dr. Rubinstein & Dr. Tyson and the staff at Four Paws on the Mandibular Symphyseal separation (lower jaw) repair on my cat. This repair was necessary and will restore the quality of life for my 14-yr old Tonkinese cat. She is recovering nicely, and we are forever grateful for the skill and compassion by the Drs. and staff at Four Paws!
I am thankful for the staff here at Four Paws, they go over and beyond for my senior dog (15+) I take my Snicker's here every month for a shot to help with her aches and pains and a nail trim. Today (And every month)the techs showed such love and compassion for my old girl. They even trimmed her pads after her nail trim to help her get around easier. I'm so thankful for their staff!
Dr. Tyson and her staff are phenomenal. Dr. Rubenstein is also a top vet. The gift of this office being able to provide top veterinary care that includes acupuncture, laser therapy and herbal remedies is outstanding. One of the greatest loves of my life was my 13 yr old great dane. But for Dr. Tyson I would not have had her for 13 years.
We had to move away from the area, and I am so sad that we are too far away to continue at Four Paws. One of our pets needed special attention, and I was very nervous about taking him to the vet. I went in first to talk to them to get a feel for how they would treat him, and felt very confident after doing so. We brought in our dog, and everyone from the receptionist to the doctor showed a great deal of patience and caring, and we were able to get everything done for him. We definitely recommend this place.
