Great collection of carny memorabilia with pleasant staff. Hours of history buff entertainment. With these carnivals, circuses and fairs slowly dying, this soon might be the only place to see these treasures of youthful fun and outdoor entertainment growth. Many items from the personal collections of carnival performers! Would have loved to have had more time to investigate
I've been here twice and this museum is truly a hidden gem. If you have any interest in the history and lore of the carnival-- rides, sideshows, games, etc.-- this place will be a lot of fun and will stay in your thoughts for many years to come. The staff is friendly, the layout of the place is wonderful, and the location feels like "old Florida." A surprising find of a museum. Recommended highly!
