Trued to buy a $500 Fireplace, but they wanted to charge $79 for delivery. Right next to the fireplace was a $498 Grill...free delivery. Nope.
Good prices, fast check outs...but understaffed at Appliances. Extra staff should have been on hand for big sale events like Black Friday weekend. Management should know this.
Good plant sale area for last chance plants. Nice store clean . It was 8th on Sunday still light out and they were closed not cool. Update due to poor to no service no one knows what a T post is
It says they’ll install washer and dryers. We moved and needed our installed. Called Lowe’s and guess what?!?! They lied in their ad. They DO NOT hook up washer and dryers. Buyers-beware!!! They LIE.
Lack of communication between appliances and delivery department. I purchased a refrigerator on the 3rd of Nov 17 and noted delivery time would have to be after 4pm since I work from 7am-3pm. Scheduled earliest delivery date for today, 17 Nov 17. I also let them know to call my cell phone instead of house phone for verification of delivery times. I get the call at 0938 this morning from the delivery department that they will be at the house between 10am and 2pm . I said "Stop" I, left specific instructions about delivery time due to work schedule. The delivery department said they only deliver after 4pm on Tuesday's and Thursday's and someone should have told me that from the appliance department. FAIL!! I had to wait weeks for that information when I set this up on the 3rd of Nov. Now because Lowes failed to give the information about delivery dates and times, the refrigerator will be delivered 2 days before Thanksgiving. Happy Thanksgiving Lowes!!
