I tried booking through the app. I mean, this is the car place that says, "We'll Pick You Up." I put in the pickup adress. No, that was for callers only. When arriving, the car wasn't ready and had to be washed so I am sitting in the waiting room waiting. It is now 3:00 p.m. and I made my initial online request at 1:00. Good thing I wasn't stranded anywhere and decided to call in. I would still be waiting, I guess.
