New to the area, son-in-law had purchased his bike there. Recommended as a place to have my bike I elected and 'tuned. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Good work done for reasonable rate. Walked in sweating and was given a bottle of water. Will certainly return for future purchases.
The owner Jose and his people demonstrate the epitome of excellent customer service. I bought my bike at Brandon Bikeworks several years ago and have been very pleased with both the bike and the followup service that I was given even as recently as today when I rode in with a problem but no appointment.
I brought in my bicycle that I brought elsewhere. Jake was so helpful in teaching me all about the bicycle, adjusting the handles and seat, and checking out the gears. He spent so much time and barely charged me anything. I would highly recommend Brandon Bikeworks.
I always have a great experience in this shop, do not have a complaint at all from the shop nor the employees. Nikki and Jose are great individuals, always there if you have a question or concern as well as the rest of the crew. This is a shop that makes you feel part of a family, not just making you feel like a customer like other shops that I been to. I definitely recommend this shop for your bicycle or shopping needs.

I was having a hard time shifting from 7th to 6th gear (evidently due to grit in my cables). Jose dropped what he was doing and got on another bike and followed me down the road to diagnose the problem. He then quickly fixed the problem and went ahead and fixed another issue he found while we were out riding.
Great little shop! I bought a Trek Marlin 6 yesterday after they ran me through a couple different bikes to make sure the sizing was correct (I totally would have bought the wrong size). What I liked most about the experience was I never felt pressured at any point. There were much more expensive bikes there, but after explaining what I was looking for they recommended bikes that were exactly what I was looking for (even though I didn't know what exactly I was looking for). She gave me 3 options at different prices and told me to come back when I was able to decide which one would be right for me, if they didn't have it they could order it and it would be there in 3-4 days...again I felt ZERO pressure. I went back the next day and picked up "Brenda" who will take me on many adventures!
